Welcome to SynQaiPro
On every computer, tens of thousands of files pile up over the years: holiday photos, invoices, contracts, music, videos, work documents. They sit on the internal disk, on the external hard drive, on USB sticks, on the network drive and in the cloud — usually in several slightly different versions. This is exactly where SynQaiPro comes in.
At its core the program compares two folders and brings both sides back to the same state. Your backup copy is thus up to date within a few minutes, without you dragging a single file across by hand. Only what is genuinely new or changed is transferred — everything else stays untouched.
But because day-to-day work involves more than copying, SynQaiPro brings the matching tools along: it tidies up folders and sorts them, tracks down duplicate files and similar photos, renames entire collections of images and documents in one go, brings back accidentally deleted files, removes confidential material irretrievably and locks away what nobody else should read. You need no specialist knowledge for this — no scripts, no cryptic search patterns, no command line.
And you stay in control at all times: SynQaiPro always works in two steps. First analyse — the program only compares and shows you line by line what it would do. Only once you agree does the second step follow: synchronise. Nothing is changed without being asked, and you can deselect individual entries beforehand at any time.

Above all you do not have to decide in favour of one whole file and lose the other: with a click on an arrow you fetch individual passages from one side to the other and assemble one correct version from both.
